Terms of Service
Last updated: September 14, 2026
Welcome to PULSE. These Terms of Service explain the rules and conditions that apply when you use our website, applications, and services.
By accessing or using PULSE, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
01 — About PULSE
PULSE is a workspace designed to help teams organize projects, manage tasks, collaborate, and keep their work moving.
These Terms apply to your use of the PULSE website, software, applications, and any other services we provide that link to these Terms.
In these Terms, "PULSE," "we," "us," and "our" refer to [Company Name].
"You" and "your" refer to the person or organization using our services.
02 — Your Account
Some features of PULSE may require you to create an account.
You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account information up to date.
You are also responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activities that occur through your account.
Please let us know as soon as possible if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
If you create an account on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have permission to accept these Terms on that organization's behalf.
03 — Using PULSE
You may use PULSE only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
Use PULSE in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account or system.
Interfere with the operation or security of the service.
Upload malicious code, viruses, or other harmful material.
Use the service to distribute unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive content.
Attempt to copy, reverse engineer, or reproduce parts of the service except where applicable law permits it.
Use automated systems to access the service in a way that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
We reserve the right to investigate activity that may violate these Terms.
04 — Your Content
You may upload, create, store, or share content through PULSE, including projects, documents, notes, images, comments, and other information.
You retain ownership of the content you submit to PULSE.
By using the service, you give us the limited rights necessary to host, process, store, display, and transmit your content so that we can provide the service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload or share your content.
We do not claim ownership of your content simply because you use PULSE.
05 — Team Accounts
If you use PULSE as part of a team or organization, the organization's administrator may have access to account information, projects, and other content associated with the organization's workspace.
Workspace administrators may also be able to manage users, permissions, and access.
If you join an organization's PULSE workspace, your use of that workspace may therefore be subject to the organization's own policies and instructions.
06 — Subscriptions and Payments
Some PULSE features may require a paid subscription.
Prices, plans, billing periods, and available features are displayed at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period.
You authorize us or our payment provider to charge the applicable subscription fee using your selected payment method.
If you cancel your subscription, you may continue to access paid features until the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated.
Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. Their own terms and policies may also apply to your transaction.
07 — Free Trials
We may occasionally offer free trials or promotional access to certain paid features.
The length and conditions of a trial will be shown when you sign up.
If a payment method is required for a trial, you may be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before the trial period expires.
We may change or discontinue promotional offers at any time.
08 — Intellectual Property
PULSE and its underlying technology, design, branding, interfaces, content, and features are owned by or licensed to [Company Name] and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, or create derivative works based on our service or branding.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of PULSE or any of its intellectual property.
09 — Third-Party Services
PULSE may integrate with or link to third-party services.
These services may include payment providers, analytics platforms, authentication services, communication tools, or other integrations.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, security, or content of third-party services.
10 — Availability and Changes
We work to keep PULSE available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.
We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features of PULSE from time to time.
Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice of significant changes that materially affect your use of the service.
11 — Termination
You may stop using PULSE at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
You materially violate these Terms.
Your use creates a security or legal risk.
Your account is involved in fraudulent or abusive activity.
We are required to do so by law.
Where appropriate, we will provide reasonable notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue before termination.
After termination, certain provisions of these Terms may continue to apply, including provisions relating to intellectual property, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution.
12 — Disclaimers
PULSE is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee that the service will meet every particular requirement or that all information provided through the service will always be complete, accurate, or current.
You are responsible for determining whether PULSE is appropriate for your intended use.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13 — Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, [Company Name] will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use PULSE.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
14 — Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless [Company Name], its employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:
Your misuse of PULSE.

Your content or the rights of another person.
15 — Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we make significant changes, we may provide notice through the service or by other reasonable means.
The updated Terms will become effective on the date stated at the beginning of the updated document.
Your continued use of PULSE after the effective date means that you accept the updated Terms.
16 — Governing Law
